Our personalized engraved keepsakes are made-to-order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Defects & Manufacturing Errors

We stand behind the quality of our work. We will provide a full refund or replacement (customer's choice) for items that arrive with:

• Heavy scratches, dents, or chips
• Incorrect engraving due to our error
• Significant manufacturing defects

Customer-Provided Information

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information (names, dates, spelling, etc.). No refunds or replacements will be provided for customer errors.

Return Process & Timeline

Reporting Issues

You have 7 days from delivery date to report any defects or errors
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
We'll review and approve returns before any items are shipped back

Physical Returns Required

Defective items must be returned to us for inspection
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
We'll provide return address upon approval
